My wife asked me just the...This is a timely column. My wife asked me just the other day why I don't go out and publish my novel on my own. My answer was pretty much what you just said: I don't have the knowledge. <br /><br />I have no problem paying people if they know more about something than me. I could have self published years ago but I do not nor will I ever have the knowledge that you or any other agent have. <br /><br />Also: I don't have the connections. <br /><br />I can write a novel and I think I'm pretty good and someday I will have an agent.
