So when you thionk you have a weekend of rest and relaxation, you suddenly find yourself immersed in a ton of projects.
The 4 year old birthday party that started out as a small gathering is turning into a get together with close to 50 poeple, a bouncy castle/water slide and who knows what else.
On top of all this, we have a ton of submissions that need responses, a manuscript that needs read with revisions, contracts written up and the continual laundry that needs to be done.
Now, I am getting ready to head off to the stables for my other daughter, a quick trip to Toys R Us for the 4 year old birthday present and a slight side trip to pick up the dinner stuff for tonight.
Ahh, a relaxing weekend.
