Comments on last post
I just read this opening paragraph. Now talk about a "gripping" intro. Check it out and let me know what you think.
I believe you're talking about "Fragment" (at least after doing some digging on the Blood on the Page website, that's the book I gravitated to). I thought the opening was fantastic (even the prologue build up, but it was chapter one that reeled me in). I won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't read Warren Fahey's excerpt yet, but man was that riveting. It wasn't a bombastic, pound you over the head blood and guts opening, but subtle until I was engrossed in what the heck did they see on the island. Great premise, and this one is gonna be made into a movie for sure.
