What am I up to now?

So, in the last week, we added more confusion to my already hectic life. Last week, my dept. chair at the one of the colleges I do adjunct work at, called me to fill in for another teacher that couldn't finish the quarter. Now, normally this isn't an issue, but jumping in on a literature class that studies the Bible as literature is not something to be taken lightly.

Add to that, the fact that I had to give a mid-term for the other teacher and there was no answer key to the test she had written. That meant I had 83 multiple choice questions to find the answers for out of ALL of the Old Testament. I am happy to report, however, that I would have passed the test even without studying.

So, what else is up? Well, we wrapped up contract negotiations for one of my authors at Harlequin. I also found out via a phone call that she has now wrapped up the final pages to a new 3 book deal at Avalon! That is what I like in an author. Not only the ability to multi-task, but the ability to keep on working and to work fast. Anymore, writing is a business and the money goes to those that can produce. If you can't do that, you are in the wrong business.

Goal today. Clean up around the office and get proposals out to several editors!
