BLOG FLOG!
Tsk, tsk, tsk.
Sending me an e-query that only discusses an abstract theme that really says nothing... combined with a lack of character, confliction or anything.
No, no, no, nobody is scared away, from my point of view. The problem, if there is one, is that good ol' Scott presents writers with so many things to think about, that responding to his comments becomes a half-time job, the other half being taken up with thinking about what he has said. Woof. Meanwhile, I don't think anyone "wastes" a year writing "complete crap. " It's all invaluable practice. As they say, just try to write a little more effectively each time out. Everyone starts in the same place, whistling in the dark. And isn't about time for a good rant? Bring it on.
