The way it works is simple. The winning bidder will have 6 critiques of partial length material throughout the year. This can be roughly 3 chapters of material, it could be query letters, it could be a synopsis, it could be an article the writer wants to submit to a magazine. The writer can submit the same material over and over again, or simply submit new material each time. Essentially, every other month, for one year, the writer can get some feedback!
